Shipping Policy

Processing Orders:
Our business hours are 11 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time (IST) Monday to Saturday. Orders are processed within 1-3 days. If you need to contact us outside our business hours please email our customer service department at kwinsindia@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
Shipping:
At Kwins, all orders usually get shipped within 1-3 working days. So you can expect a delivery between 5-7 working days. This is subject to change in circumstances like the COVID-19 Pandemic and orders & shipping may be delayed.
You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.
In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.
We only make use of reliable courier companies and our shipping is powered by Bluedart. Kwins is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company or on account of any factors beyond the control of Kwins. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Kwins, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.
In cases of an unsuccessful delivery followed by an RTO initiation, after 3 attempts at contacting the customer the following process will be followed:

If you'd like us to ship the order again, we may levy a repeat shipping charge of Rs.100.

If you'd like to cancel the order, we will initiate a refund minus the shipping costs once we receive the product in it's original condition.

POD Disputes (Proof of Delivery)
If you have not received an order that shows delivered on the date of delivery, you can inform us of the error within 72 hours of delivery. Beyond that we are unable to raise a dispute with our shipping partners and hence will not be able to take your query forward.

Return / Refund / Replacement :

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Drop us a mail at kwinsindia@gmail.com with images of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving the order in its complete original packaging. We will check and get back to you whether we can replace the product (based on availability) or refund your money. Please allow 24-48hrs for us to get back to you.

Complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges, and refunds are applicable only in the case of you receiving a damaged/broken product.

Cancellation :

Please mail us at kwinsindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing an order for cancellation request. If your order has not been shipped yet, we shall accept your cancellation request & shall initiate the cancellation process
o Refund for the cancelled order :

You will get refund equivalent to 97% of the total value paid online or through any mode for the product. 3% Charges are for the online transactions paid to third-party payment gateways & are hence non-refundable.

If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.

Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.

Incase, the order has already been shipped / dispatched from our warehouse, we shall not be able to entertain any cancellation request

No cancellation applicable for customized products once the order is placed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellation of sale items or gift cards.

Currency Transactions:
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Customer Service Policy:
Kwins is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 4 -15 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 5 business days for instructions to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund, as the case maybe.
Care Instructions:
If the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product. Handmade items are delicate and must be handled with care.
Measurements/dimensions of products:
Measurements/dimensions of the products are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore, the actual product dimension delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.
